EEF is launching a Writing Trial:
This year through DFE's Accelerator Fund, the EEF is trialling four programmes that aim to improve writing outcomes for primary aged pupils. Schools across England can contribute to the education evidence base by signing up to participate in one of these programmes and have a chance to receive a free or heavily discounted programme.

All schools across the world joined together to celebrate the annual World Book Day 2025 where storytelling is celebrated and promoted to encourage children to be lifelong readers.
At St John Bosco, the day was a celebration of storytelling activities and children dressed up as their favourite character from a book. As we continue to promote lifelong readers, every child was given a book to take home to read and enjoy and nurture a love of reading for pleasure.
